Matthew Mondanile is 1/4 of Real Estate, some of Predator Vision and and all of Ducktails. I caught up with him at the Old Blue Last recently, where he told me tales of stolen passports and passed out drummers. He also sold me a tape. Due to the fact that I don’t have a tape player (ie. I’m not fucking Quaker) I can’t play it, so lucky for us he has a Myspace page to rip music from.
